Adrian has developed and managed all facets of technology from optics to wireless communications and from energy sustainability to information technology. A master of the software development life cycle, he completed scientific research and development on major projects for institutions such as Purdue, Harvard, Princeton, and Accenture.

Zahra Spencer
VP - Integrated Marketing
Zahra has a decade of experience in Labor Relations, Marketing and Change Management, in the public and private sectors of the U. S. Virgin Islands. She has also served as the former Natural Hair and Beauty Editor for Caribbean Posh Magazine. Additionally, Zahra has contributed in Public Relations roles for several companies including her own. She has graced the cover of a few magazines, most recently, Sauce Magazine. Zahra has been featured in other media to include, Feast Magazine, as one of ten top 2020 rising stars in the culinary industry in the Midwest, nationally syndicated show on PBS, Food is Love, Fox News, and Riverfront Times. Zahra served as president of the National African American Association of Human Resources (NAAAHR) in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Karen is Partner and CMO of a boutique marketing and creative agency and lends her expertise to several boards in the financial, education, and DEI sectors. Her work spans technology, artificial intelligence, professional services, e-commerce, education, and entertainment industries — from startups to nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. She is a champion and frequent speaker on diversity, equity, and inclusion in marketing and is dedicated to advancing Corporate America’s role in achieving racial and gender equity. In her spare time, you can find Karen mentoring future leaders, building connections for people of color, and writing scripts as part of her new passion project Colossal Work.
